Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. We maintain direct relationships with suppliers to ensure all our products are 100% authentic. Quality and authenticity are at the core of our brand promise.
Do you offer fragrance samples?
While we don’t currently offer standalone fragrance samples, we occasionally include complimentary samples with larger orders so you can discover new scents that might become your next favorites.

How do I create an account?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 days after dispatch.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 days after dispatch.

How long does order processing take?
Our team processes orders within 1-2 business days before dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally! However, we currently cannot deliver to select remote areas and parts of Asia due to logistical constraints. If you’re unsure about your location, please contact us before ordering.
How can I track my order?
Once your order dispatches, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey in real-time through our carrier partners (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
What if I’m not home when my package arrives?
Our carrier partners will typically attempt delivery and may leave a notice with instructions for pickup. For valuable fragrance orders, we recommend providing a secure delivery address where someone can receive the package.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened items for health and safety reasons.
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
